Shipping Information

Local orders for Elliott/Russell in Amarillo and Hester's/McGlaun in Lubbock are delivered FREE, on our delivery trucks, if they are within our normal delivery area. Orders shipped outside of Amarillo and Lubbock are normally shipped via UPS Ground, if possible. For orders under $50.00, shipped via UPS Ground, there is a $7.67 Handling Charge. Any order of $50.00 or more will be shipped without a Handling Charge.  Local orders entered by 4:30 p.m. will normally be delivered the next day. Other orders will be shipped via UPS Ground with most deliveries made the next day; however, on occasion, deliveries may take two days. Non UPS items will be shipped the most economical way. Contact us for special shipping instructions you think will apply to your order.

Return Policy

We believe in supplying our customers with quality items that meet their standards. However, we realize that problems can occur from time to time and you might need to return a product.

To assist us in processing your returns, please have available, the Invoice or Delivery Ticket number, Item number, quantity and reason for the return. This information will speed the return process for you. Please enter as below. To return merchandise, please click Return Request.

 Please use the following guidelines for returning merchandise.

  • All merchandise returned must be in the original carton with all packaging and in a resalable condition. Please do not write on original packaging.

  • All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the invoice date.

  • Defective merchandise must be reported within 30 days of order date.  After 30 days, defective merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.

  • Shortages must be reported within 5 days of the invoice date.

  • Special order merchandise, including furniture, may not be subject to return except in case of error. The Federal Drug Administration will not allow us to take food products, medicines nor first aid items for credit.

  • Damaged merchandise:
     

    • Visible damage; cartons, boxes or other shipping containers, should be inspected upon arrival. A decision should be made at that time to accept or refuse the shipment.

    • Concealed damage should be reported within 2 days of receipt of merchandise. Proper action will be taken upon notification.

  • Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

On-Line Shopping

All transactions with Elliott/Russell Office Supply, Hester's/McGlaun Office Supply and Office Furniture Outlet are encrypted when purchased through our Internet ordering system, S.O.S. by a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Server. What this means is that all credit card information is rewritten in a manner that no one but Elliott/Russell Office Supply, Hester's/McGlaun Office Supply and Office Furniture Outlet can understand.
